Yeah, I am downloading the server stuff, and i wanted to know, how do u add mani-plugins, and admins, and other things, i am having trouble setting it up. Other people cant go onto the server. I dont know wats wrong. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You probably have a portforwaring provlem there are dozens of posts about this.
