How would I redirect people to another server when they join my first server?

Also redirecting sucks big time, you join a server, you load it, you hardly get ingame, load again, ingame, WTF I didn't join this server!

People join servers because they want to play on it, not being redirected to a different server with shit players and shit map. If it were like this VALVe didnt have to make a server list

We have regs on our old server and would like to switch them to the new one with ease, somepeople dont read the server name that says NEW IP lol

If you have Mani Mod installed, it's an option on the stock version. There's one setting to enable the redirect, then one for which server to redirect to. You can find it inside mani_server.cfg.

Okay I see the spot in Mani that says redirect.

Now my question is, where is a tutorial on this so I can set up a home redirect server to my rented box?

I have looked high and low, and nothing is telling me exactly what I need to know.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

took a look at it. nothing worked.. any ideas.. help me figure it out? I might have soemthing wrong, although I don't believe so.
