What is your proccessor (CPU)?

People (among me ) have been getting this error due to the fact that the CPU does not support SSE which is required by a recent steam update.

Athlon XP 2000+

Does it support?

Whats this? 2 different startups while it should be the same? (look at the -tickrate 33 and -tickrate 3.) Dunno, looks weird to me but i'm no Linux expert.

Code:
Start Line: ./srcds_amd -debug -console -game dod +map dod_anzio +maxplayers 13 -tickrate 33
Using host libthread_db library "/lib/libthread_db.so.1".
Core was generated by `./srcds_amd -debug -console -game dod +map dod_anzio +maxplayers 13 -tickrate 3'.

Yes, it appears to support SSE, I would check out waht Drocona is saying and then check to see wheather you have SSE enabled on your cpu. (Google)

Tkx for your time folks, I've noticed that too drocona, but dunno what happened, cause I didn't change anything in the srcds_run script.

try ./srcds_run and not ./srcds_amd
