Dedicated Server
#1
Can anyone help me. When I make a server using Source Dedicated Server for CSS and make it an internet one it keeps coming up as a LAN server. Any idea why this happens and how to stop it?

since you are on the LAN and the server is both accessible from the LAn and Internet it shows as LAN server for people on the LAn and as internet server for people on the internet.

I don't think you can stop it.

it's set as an internet server but only appears as a LAN one. It should be only internet and not LAN

can you search it on gametiger.com?

if it shows up it's an internet server, but because you are on the same network as the server it shows up as LAN server for you. For the rest of the world it's internet.

server.cfg is executed everytime the server changes a map
autoexec.cfg is executed one time when the server first starts
