Help no idea what went wroung

Well i just installed Day of defeat source and a dedicated server. But it wont let me run it.
Come up with this

Yeah i did check it out. Seems like it is cpu based... sse is build in the prosseor and mine doesnt have it.
Well thanks anyways i guess ima have to upgrade.
