Well thats kind of impossible to tell. What we need to know to figure this out is how much upload bandwidth you have. Post that and we can get this taken care of.

Hmm well its kinda hard to tell but I would try this and see how it works.

sv_minrate 4000
sv_maxrate 9999
sv_minupdaterate 66
sv_maxupdaterate 66

The bottom two need to be equal to what your tickrate is. If they dont work that well not to worry, its just cuz im not the best with rates.

oh my... you should NEVER EVER set sv_minupdaterate that high. The best value to use is 10 not 66. You should only match your sv_maxupdaterate to your tickrate if you are running a 100 tickrate server. If not, the default 66 is fine even if it's a 33 tickrate server. If you want to prevent phone model users to play on your server, set sv_minrate to 5000 or above. If you want to just run a small server, 66 tickrate 8 slot server, like hexitnow wrote above, 9999 is fine. If you want to go up to like 16, change it accordingly by increasing it in thouands.

I always keep my minupdaterate at 20 because when the updates go below 20 you start to experience lag.
