I doubt you have 2387 upload, I think you switched/confused upload with download.

With that upload.... 4, maybe 6 slots if you're lucky.

Also did you notice this thread is 2 years old O_o

have u tried put fps_max 2000? that boots up fps and u have to take high priority or above normal that works for me i got no lags but if this doesent work dude follow this guide that i followed http://cpnclan.home.comcast.net/~cpnclan/guide.html it works evryone has like 5 or 30 in ping at my server

I know your trying to help, but unless you have windows 2k8, you CANT get 1000 fps so logically, not 2000. At the guide, registry tweaks do nothing (at least what I have seen) and a 1.00 ghz celeron is not recommended for hosting..
