Quake sounds. Can see not hear???

Hello I have a problem with saounds I have downloaded hexitnow sounds config but sounds dosnt work. in the game I wrote settings and qouake sounds are on but I cant here them.server dosnt upload them on the start what em I doing wrong pleas help me

Quake sounds are part of mani-admin-plugin.com

Hello everyone. PLEASE HELP me, I have a problem with my QUAKE SOUNDS.
They work just fine, but clients have to type ''quake'' to enable the quake sounds, even though I have ''mani_player_settings_quake'' set to 1 (mani_player_settings_quake 1).

I really want to know HOW can I make sure that clients DON'T have to type ''quake'' to enable the quake sounds.
Can someone help me?
