Who should my server line be?

Hey I want a 100 tick 13 players de_dust2 VAC seurce. Please tell me what my start up server line should be?

Sry im a noob at servers where do I place it in the cmd?

you have to either make a .bat file which I can't explain since I never used one and never will or you can simply make a shortcut.

example, make a shortcut to srcds.exe, go to properties and add the line behind the location of the shortcut

It should be something like this only with your path ofcourse.
C:\SRCDS\srcds.exe -console -tickrate 100 -game cstrike +maxplayers 13 +ip <youriphere> +hostport 27015

Servers are automatically VAC2 secured, if you wish to run without VAC2 ou have to add something like -insecure to the startup line. Not sure if this is the correct command tho
