go here: server cfg tool select all the settings you want and click "run cfgmaker" at the bottom, then cut and paste the output to server.cfg and upload to your server.

I don't have the quotes in my server cfg. Does it work with quotes as well?

As long as what you write down is one word/phrase (WITHOUT spaces that means) you don't have to use quotes. When you type like the Hostname or Bot prefix or stuff like that you have to use them since they are mostly multiple words.

But it can never hurt using them, i hate them so I use them when needed only. It's just what you prefer to use
