Kicked by Console: Speedhack

I have a map on one of my servers (surf_pyramidduel2) and it basically has travellators where you step on then and you go really fast around the map. Recently (last two days), users have been getting kicked/banned with the message "Disconnect: Kicked by Console: Speedhack.". What's the story here - is this a VAC thing?

I got this kind of error when I added an anti-camp mod to my server...the problem being that the mod was written for server with lower than 66 tick...so on a 66 or 100 tick server, the mod thought they were moving too fast. Perhaps you have something like that going on? It was a real mess for me...banned about 30 people in a few hours including most of my regulars! lol!

Then I guess best is to remove the campmod ?
