[UNRESOLVED]CS:GO dedicated server unreserved lobby

I am having a trouble with my CS:GO server, when someone trying to join the server this message pops up in the console.It's a windows server.

Can anybody help me? I get this message too :
If I join to 192.168.0.100 I get this error:

Processor: Intel Core i5-2310
Ram: 8gb
Game: Counter Strike : Global Offensive

No admin mods
I downloaded the server using app_update 740 validate in steamCMD after I logged in it.

i made a steam_appid.txt file and #740 but I modified it to #730 and it's still dont working

Normaly when i get this error there is a mistake in Gamemodes.server.txt
