CS:S Mani Admin plugin Sounds

Hey Guys! Well I added sounds to the Mani Admin Plugin, And I know how to play the sounds by going into the Plugin and clicking whatever song or sound you wanna play. But I wanna know how to make a sound play automatically, without me having to do it myself. Example:
Getting a 10th kill in a row without dying a sound "HolySh*t" would play when a player gets to that 10th kill in a row.

I know in other severs they have that. But I wanna know how I could add that option to my server.
