bandwidth rates / settings

if you dont have the best internet or computer, u can use the script srcds has where u can make ur server 33 tic and it has no lag. lol

In most situations you're not going to be able to run a high quality server on a residential internet connection... It's just not going to perform or be competitive with professionally hosted servers.
