Looking for Level 1 Support Technicians

We are growing fast at Sleek Servers, and we feel it is time to expand the amount of support staff we currently have. We are looking for basic support technicians, that can spend a lot of time on live chat, and are knowledgeable about game servers. These basic positions will handle sales and basic technical support.

We know that most game server support staff have their own servers, and we would be more than happy to provide our active employees with a game server that they can use as long as they stay active with support.

We are looking for people who can be online a lot, and can provide basic technical support for Source engine game servers. You must be mature, as this is a professional business setting. We also ask that you are a proficient English speaker, and can clearly and easily communicate with our customers and potential customers.
