Developing a program, need directory names of games
#1
I'm developing, and almost have completed, a server management utility that works with srcds.exe. I need to know the games' directory names. I found this list online, can anyone verify its accuracy? This is located in a subdirectory of srcds.exe.

Code:
(Game = Directory Name)
Age of Chivalry = ageofchivalry
Alien Swarm = alienswarm
Counter-Strike: Source = Counter-Strike Source
D.I.P.R.I.P. Warm Up = diprip
Day of Defeat Source = dods
Dystopia = dystopia
Eternal Silence = esmod
Garry's Mod = garrysmod
Half-Life 2 Deathmatch = hl2mp
Insurgency = insurgency
Left 4 Dead = left4dead
Left 4 Dead 2 = left4dead2
Pirates, Vikings and Knights II = pvkii
Synergy = synergy
Team Fortress 2 = tf
The Episide 1 engine for game mods = episode1
The Orange Box engine for game mods = orangebox
Zombie Panic! Source = zps

Thanks!

Thank you. I was able to verify most of the list, but not the following.

Code:
(Game = Directory Name)
Alien Swarm = alienswarm
Left 4 Dead = left4dead
Left 4 Dead 2 = left4dead2

arhgh cant remember l4d2, since it has its own path compared to standard OrangeBox games. But you could also install the games to find the exact path for all those you are in doubt of Smile
(You don't have to download the files, as it will create the directories and then you should be able to see where the srcds.exe would go.)

Awesome, thanks. I'm about to post the utility to the site.
