can anybody make a patch or a file or something to make my fps+tick rate go up and don't leave a comment bout the srcdsfpsbooster i wanna see if someone can make a new one ??????

(I assume you are talking about windows...)
why do you want a new one? on windows those fps boosters simply increase the clock resolution by a simple system command. there is not really room for optimizations or different approaches...

actually I don't remember (it's not a command but a windows system C function, to be specific). you can e.g. start the windows media player and keep it running in the background (without playing anything), that already does the trick.
