Could not get TCP/IP address, TCP/IP disabled
Reason: WSAENOT "
and i don't know what to do... I'm not running under a router. My server doesn't see on the net ( i think because of this problem . Y can connect at it with my net ip and lan ip)

Do you run Steam in the background? If so, try closing it.

Well the problem is that it's trying to bind on port 27015, but however it's already in use by another application and therefore it fails.

But try enabling IP/TCP in your control panel under network.

But.. what's your startup command?

First of all, you shouldn't be running the GUI version of HLDS. It isn't very stable, crashes alot, and uses much more resources.

The best way for new users to run the console version of HLDS is to Right click the HLDS then click "Create Shortcut". Then, on this new shortcut, right click it and click "Properties". After the text field where it says "../hlds.exe", type -console -game cstrike +port 27031 +map de_dust

That should hopefully make it work OK.

If you don't want to use the Console version (I'd understand if you didn't), try just changing the port to 27031. The only ports that really work very well for CS 1.6 is 27015 and 27030->27039.
