You know that if a person is running a lot they can get into a "runners high"?

In that case mostly after more than one hour of running the body gets flooded with endorphins so you can not feel the pain. That way you feel like flying and can run longer and longer with a feeling the sun is shing out of my a..

Just try it out it is a great feeling

The reason why: endorphins are more or less opiates produced by your body.

The result: The runner can become addicted and gets grumpy if he can not run for a while.

I cant remember how many times I got home after a long run and sit done just smiling for a long time. When I stoped and tried to stand up it was hell

Yes, American schools do teach some things. Unlike most other countries, we have been taught to stay away from dangerous drugs such as running and exercise that can potentially ruin our lives. So we just sit and watch TV instead and eat popcorn.
