sm and dm error on server after ob css update

I've updated my server to css ob version (41).
I instaled Sourcemod 1.3.3 (last, ob version), Cs:s DM 2.0.0.1 (last, ob version) and Eventscripts (unofficial version for ob update, works).

SOURCEMOD :
My sourcemod is not working.I've typed in console "meta list", not working.
Tryed "sm_admin" and it says : unknown command "sm_admin".So i think that means the server didn't executed sourcemod, and i copyed every file to its place.

DEATHMATCH :
The probelm with css dm is the samne one for sourcemod.I think it dosen't works because of the sourcemod.But i dont know.

CAN YOU HELP ME WITH THIS PROBLEM???

I'M NOT SURE WHY YOU USE CAPS, BUT YOU AREN'T USING THE NEWEST VERSION. THE NEWEST VERSION IS 2.1.1 FOR CSS: DM AND SOURCEMOD IS 1.3.3, ALSO BE SURE METAMOD IS LOADED, BECAUSE THE NEWEST VERSION IS WORKING.

For god sake stop using caps!!!

I think metamod is the problem. Metamod must be installed in order to get Sourcemod running. Last version of Metamod (1.8.2) works with the last CS:S update.

today i downloaded css dm so must be the last version.i have metamod 1.8.2 , sourcemod 1.3.3.

Do you have a valid gameinfo.txt or a VDF file?

i dont know..can you tell me how to make the .vdf file?i knewed only mani_admin gives you the created .vdf tool...and how i know if the gameinfo.txt is valid???i mean, i didnt changed anything ... the files are like they downloaded with hldsupdatetool.exe..
