Serverloft aint VPS's it is dedi boxes, any ways, can't say any thing then go for it, only had great experiences with them.
Only one thing you will need to know, you get next to 0 tech support unless it is something in thire end that is broke, hardware and stuff.
Else the standard answer will just be "press the reinstall button"

I can name you a couple of hosters in Germany. What exactly do you plan to do? (And do you look for a VPS or a dedicated box?) g-portal.de has good root servers for game hosting, for other stuff I would recommend server4you.de (also bad support but cheap) or hetzner.de (I have no first-hand experience, but probably better support and a little more expensive). of course there are many others, but most of them are much more expensive...

They are good, keep what they promises. But nothing else.
