Hey i installed metamod 1.8 but my server crashes when opened,why?

Hey i installed metamod 1.8 but my server crashes when opened,why?

Install 1.8.2 - also, sourcemod has released v1.3.3 which works fine for me on my CS:S servers

Ok,fixed that but still i have an another question.

CS:S now is at orangebox,like DOD:S and TF2.
That means that the maximum rate now are more than 30000?(sv_maxrate 30000 with old css)If yes,tell me what number to set the sv_maxrate command in the new server?Should we have to change the rate settings at the private servers too?(ESL settings)

The old css didn't have a limit of 30000 rate. Well, i use rate 100000 on my server, and that's fine for me
