From what he is saying he has ether made an error or you could download @ 3Mbps constantly and thats your limit.

So 3Mbps is:
3 Megabits = 1/8 * 3 MegaByte = 0.375 MegaBytes
375KBps*2629743.83(The amount of seconds in a month according to google)/1024(To get megabytes)/1024(To get gigabytes) = 940.469.681025GB/Month

I think I have done that correctly.

mbit/s is speed measurement, not amount of a subject. I don't have 210gb download speed either.

A lot of professional hosting companies measure their bandwidth in mbit.

3mbit is around 1TB.
