What can i do with this about Tickrate, slots, heapsize,

Also have, HD: 320 Ghz: 2.2 RAM: 3GB OS: Windows 7 Ultimate

yea its single, ok i need to put some commands in the srcds file to turn on the gameserver, what should i put for -heapsize, -fps_max, and other stuff.
and it says i need to update and i dont understand how to update, i have tried but doesnt seem to work.

You would be fine running defaults...
Then -tickrate 66 should give you more player slots.

I said defaults were fine, but here:
sv_minrate 20000 sv_maxrate 30000 sv_maxupdaterate 66 sv_minupdaterate 33

I never had any luck with running the rates real close together as loopy said. I always ran my rates at the following. . .
sv_minrate 12000 (keeps dial-up users off) sv_maxrate 30000 sv_mincmdrate 33 sv_maxcmdrate 101 sv_minupdaterate 33 sv_maxupdaterate 101 Ive never had an issue with these rates
