Banned without reason?

We are currently experimenting with anti-spam software because we have been getting enormous amounts of automated posts lately. Due to a glitch in our filter some people have been banned without reason. If this happened to you, please send a mail to myusername@srcds.com with the following details:

- Date and time
- What triggered the ban
- Your forum username
