Hmm a fast CPU. If it dies out(80%+ usage) the server will lag like ....!

RAM isn't very important, just make sure you don't have anything less than 1GB Toungue

Hi all,

I checked this, and a couple other forums, as well as the official Valve wiki, yet I couldn't find any concrete answer to this question...

Some discussions I have found:

Snippet:
...in practice I found that one HLTV spectator has about the same uplink usage as one regular player.

So what is a rough system requirements (mainly CPU and uplink speed) for a SourceTV relay with the following max clients?

255
128
64
32
16

I see many hostings offer a free relay for their dedicated box, so I assume the system requirement for the relay isn't terribly high.

Anyone with experience on this topic can kindly share some practical advices?
