Client dropped by server - error

Hi guys,

I seem to be getting the message 'Disconnected: Client dropped by server' whenever I try to join my source dedicated server that I seem to have setup almost perfectly. I dont exactly know if others get this message aswell but I know that I definately do. Also another issue, (well its no issue but just seems a bit off) is that I am connecting to my server through my WAN IP instead of my internal. The server is not in my LAN tab, but in my INTERNET and FAV's tab. I put SOURCE TV on my server (but took it off) and that showed up in my LAN tab but not the actuall server.

BASIC INFO
Server OS: Windows Vista Home edition 32-bit
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo, T6400, 2.00 GHz
Ram: 3GB
Game(s): Counter-Strike: Source (SRCDS)
Start Up Command: The same command showed in the Vista tutorial which is '
D:
cd srcds
srcds.exe -console -game cstrike +map de_dust2 -port 27030 -maxplayers 11 -autoupdate'
Admin Mods: SourceMod, Zblock if that is included?

Try to connect from your internal IP.
You can see that IP in the console or in cmd => ipconfig on the server

tried that, still got the error messages. from both ip's

Are you hosting/playing on the same machine maybe?

If you are, don't.
