What should be good Zombie Escape Health settings? Apparently, the zombies die way to quickly. Regen time, health, ect.

It "shouldn't" be anything, use what you like really.

Just set some variables, test it and see how you like it. If you don't, adjust them.

Honestly speaking, I don't have an enough idea about what should be good Zombie Escape Health settings. So that your zombies die why not so quickly. But I love zombie games that are why I will promise to have my own research and will share you the information I will get!
