I want to buy a server

I have been looking around at server pricing and i can't find a counter strike source 100 tick seattle server for $1.00 a slot. i have found servers in chicago and stuff for that but not seattle. if u know of anywhere i can find a server located in seattle (100tic) for $1 a slot i would much appreciate it
