If you don't know what PHP and Mysql is don't even start ... You also need Apache and PHPmyadmin. but all the packages are in XAMPP.

It's a program, which can run PHP, MySQL, FileZilla, Mercury, Perl And tomcat. Pretty easy to use as management. http://images.realchamp.dk/index.php?i=60
