"Content Servers"?

You know when you're connecting to a server...while it's loading there's the status box that often has an ad or something similar in it? Where in the server config can I set that, or is that even an option to set?

Well if you mean the content server ad, you can not alter this.
However, if you use sv_downloadurl you can add a file banner.gif to your webspace's moddirectory/gfx/banner.gif (340x56).
