like it says, stuck @ 512fps, runing srcdsfpsbooster, fps_max 0 in server.cfg

Edit: Yep, it was HPET, thanks guys. Had a box from this company before and it was enabled by default, but I guess ya gotta go by a box-to-box basis.

pengy is correct. He dont have HPET enabled.
