I personally use http://limestonenetworks.com for my dedicated servers, they are cheap and run nice, and nobody complains of lag or connection issues to them...

Except for one person... ( cookies ).
But whatever, we like them, they run good and they always have specials for their quad core systems ( if you ask support you can probably get the price knocked down to 140 per month or lower for their ( Q9300 system with 8GB RAM )

They are now using new networks, instead of shitty Level3. Giving high latency during peak times.
