That is not possible to do unless someone recorded a log of their IP address when they entered the server.

Did a search on the steamId on google and found a hlx community stats page that someone with that steamID played in the server.

He threatens to steal your steam account and he ddoses your server, good find :]

You can connect from anywhere with your Steam ID. Get the current IP from the logging. Look for "STEAM_ID_PENDING" and the steam ID, that line contains the adress.
