Yeah.. May be a dumb question, and probably very simple for some of you to answer.
People can connect to my VAC servers just fine. The problem IS.. I dont know how to make it into a NON VAC server so that one of my best friends can play with me. He was banned for some odd crap.
Anyways, if there is anyway possible of someone helping me, it would be greatly appreciated.

He was probably banned for using cheats, you REALLY wanna play cs against someone that cheats?

Although I wouldn't reccomend it,
-insecure
in the start line will disable VAC.

However I am against a server being non secured, I will help anyway.
The -insecure line is placed within the start up paremeters. Thats where you have the C:\SRCDS\srcds.exe -console -game cstrike +map... and more. Just place the -insecure command at the end of all that.
Keep in mind you are NOT protected from cheaters. Which is why all servers should be secured.

I see why you all are against insecure servers, but I am making my server insecure until a real version and not a beta version of VAC is available. Just my 2 cents

call it beta if you like but it is default on all cs servers (1.6 and source) with the exception of 64 bit 1.6 servers

This technically would be the right forum. But could also be put in general, or respected OS forum.
