you know how IE has the bookmark bar on the left and you can lock it to keep it there. how can i do that with firefox?

You can have bookmarks just below the address bar in firefox.

yea but that takes up too much space :/ i can only have so many on there. and ive got ALOT. another things is i figured how to ass the side panel. but the problem is the bookmarks are inside folders. unline IE where they are just out there to just be clicked.. can i have this done in FF?

Ctr+B opens the bookmark bar on the left side. You can also manually re-size this.
