How Many Slots can i do with almost 3mb upload?

i was wondering how many server slots that i can use with out pings going to 300+. i have 10 slots now and if i go any higher my players pings go to 300+. my internet speed is:

Try http://testmy.net/ instead, some companies have a temporary booster that boosts internet speeds for the first 10-20 seconds of your dl/upload then reduces it.

I would say your connection is good for about one good match server. Not much you can do with only 1mb of upload. Then again most people dont need a whole lot on ther home connection anyway.

i can only get 9 slots with people in it without pings going to 300+. i need fiber optics internet at my house because im running 1000fps stable off a script that installs at one click and is better than srcdsfpsbooster because im now running 1000fps stable on windows vista home edition. post if u need the link for this booster.

double click the install.bat after u drag all of the stuff out of the zip. then when its done in like 1 second u can move all of it back to the zip and thats it. now when u type fps_max 0 in you server.cfg then load the server and join it, type rcon stats it should be between 900-1000 fps.
