He is talking about the space issue. Your are hosted on linux, so spaces really aren't a problem, but it can confuse visitors, search engines, and other script etc you have running on the system.

i guessing nextgi that is your site and ngi is your company with generationsix being your web design part and raided being your hosting part

It is a template that was customized to our needs.

Seriously,

Is everyone really pooping them selves over this. All our work is custom, with this one exception were we got lazy. Computerhelper found this template on one of them free template sites.

We didn't do a custom one for this simply because we got busy, and yes I own a multi branch Corporation.
