Well we are just finishing up the beta and getting ready to release the site. But being the protectionist I am, I want everything to be PERFECT before I upload to my web server.

So what do you guys like to see (and put into) your Game Server Providers site?

All help would be appreciated.

I like to see a nice clean layout, easy to use. I also don't like those multicolored flash banners they are horrid.

EDIT: oh and all the info you would need to know on the site so you don't have to put in a support ticket/look around for it.

I hate Flash as well.

I just got done with the home page so I might release a snapshot of it.

Nice Clean Colors, and such.

I think its well laid out but the snap shot will tell.

Thanks, we went through MANY designs and we started to work on this one about 2 days ago, and every thing just fell into place.

Any ideas for more on the home page

I love the layout very clean and eye catching. I cant think of anything else you can put on it, it looks like you have everything

Well I am just finishing up support, I have the following:

-Phone Support
-E-Mail Support
-Ventrilo Support
and Live Support

Am I missing anything?

skype never really like it, if you offer phone support i think that trumps yahoo and whatever

Skype is good for me, because I will never call a GSP. Skype provides confidentiality and reliable connections. You might even consider using Skype to take your phone calls Toungue
