commands for dedicated

hey
just created my 1st server and have a few questions.

1st ive created a css server and get a few errors when i run the server such as,
'incorrect price blog version! update your server!'
'error: mp_dynamicpricing set to 1 but couldnt download the price list'
'error: material 'sprites/bubble' : proxy 'animatedtexture' not found!'

2nd, what are some good commands for a bhop server, like how do i get 100tick etc? i have air accelerate and stuff already.

3rd, how do i get my game to show up on the net not just lan?

any help would be much appreciated

1. The errors can be ignored. (or add +mp_dynamicpricing 0 to the startupline)
2. I have no clue what a "bhop" server is, however setting the tickrate can be done by adding "-tickrate" to the startupline. Be sure you have all the needs to be able to run 100tickrate though!
3. You need to forward/open ports on your router/gateway and make sure you have the ports open in all your antivirus and firewall programs.

You can find most of the info fully explained on these forums, I suggest using the search if you don't know what I'm talking about.

i followed the tutorial and forwarded my ports on my router, couldnt forward my ports on nod32 coz i couldn't find where to do it so i just disabled for a few mins. but still wont show up on the internet. i have to give my ip and password out for ppl to join

If your friends are able to join it should work correctly.
I however gave up on routers years ago, so I can't help much on that end.

for my friends to join i have to give them direct ip and password was hoping i could get it to show up on the list. ill work something out

Bhop servers are bunny hopping servers with specialized maps for bunny hopping.

Bunny hopping can be done with a combination of strafing and precise jumping. Most people bind +jump to mousewheel and spam it when they are coming down.

For bhop I recommend to set sv_airaccelerate to 667, and you're going to want to run at least 250 FPS at 100 tickrate for it to even play well, also you want to try to keep player pings under 50 for best game play.

100 Airaccel isnt that good for bhop servers >_>.
