I am proud to announce SRCDS-OneTouch-tf2 (using Mooga's Bat and Go).
Both LART and I worked together to release this.
The idea is TOO simple. Run SRCDS-OneTouch-tf2.exe. At the end it will ask you for a server name and rcon password. Then all you do in click on one of the run files of your choice. All server run at a tick of 66.
So easy my chair can do it!
EDIT: 2-10-08 I made a TINY change to the zip. The start-up commands had the "s" in "Mooga's" as a cap and I fixed that since it looked funny
Please post any questions or problems

If you want to make any adjustments to to walk through, bat files, or server.cfg, please post it and I'll update the package. The bandwidth area of the server.cfg could probably be fixed up... I just copied that from somewhere around here... my server.cfg is way too distorted for a generic server.
EDIT: Should I add a -verify_all to the update or install command?
I'm uploading a slightly changed version soon, just some echo and comment changes

Beta 4 is coming... It should automatically download and install the server program
The only work I need is on the server.cfg is anyone wanted to make it more "rounded"
I already changed it so it works with all tf2 maps well.
EDIT: Beta 4 should literally make it as easy as editing server.cfg, pressing install, and then running the server
EDIT: I have been talking to lart... this next release should be a MONSTER. It should even propt the user for the server name and rcon password they want set!

The final version will be a small .exe file which IN ONE CLICK will fully install the server and prompt the user for a server name and rcon password. Bat files will be used to start the server and a there will also be a bat file for updates.
It will be released later tonight.

One thing that mooga left out is it installs to where ever you put it. So you stick the files in c:\tf2 it will install tf2 there if you put it in c:\program files\tf2 it will install there. It's about as simple as we can make it.
I'm sure there will be people that won't be able to get this done either.
I thought the same when I wrote my PHL tutorial on SRCDS, look how many people are still around while I explained every single click in that tutorial....
In another forums people were asking how to change maps
And in another someone asked if it installed all the admin mods
