I'm going to go through and make some fixes. I was checking the files and some of the seem to use -game tf2 instead of -game tf with needs to be fixed (I think).

its as simple as extracting them to your c:/program files where the tf2 is and clicking on what its says comon how hard is it? lol

If you want your computer to be a mess put it in program files...

I always say, never put anything in program files.

Just put it where ever you want.
It automatically downloads and installs everything Smile

change the run command.
I think you can do it without hacks now.

the program keeps stopping at

whats the problem here? I already have TF2, why does it have to install it.

There is no problem, it's supposed to do that.

You are installing a dedicated server, you can't host and play from the same computer.

I'm trying this now, I put the first install file in c:\HLServer folder. That will work right?
