Okay, so everything is as it should be, and these are my settings for the server
c:\HLserver\orangebox\srcds.exe -console -game tf +ip 192.168.1.101 +port 27027 +maxplayers 24 +map ctf_2fort
Other players can join my server, but I can't, How come? Please help me!
Yes, the port is forwarded.
I have tried all these
192.168.1.101:27027
192.168.1.10:27027
127.0.0.1:27027
24.72.84.186:27027
Also, I can't connect to ANY tf2 server when I'm hosting mine.
And tried to join the game from someone who can, nothing.

You must connect using your local ip address, not your external. Look in your LAN tab in Steam for local servers.

Don't need to bump...
A for your question: Do NOT host a server on the same computer as you play! If you want to do that go inside the game and click the create server button.

It's a port issue. You need to trick your client to connect using a different port.
This is a know issue. It's called "DEDICATED server" for a reason.

Please do not PM me for server related help

If the other server worked, and this one didn't, that means you have a bigger problem. Way to explain it Mooga and Drocona!

Had this problem in Gmod, to fix it just add this to your launch options:
+hostport 27016 +tv_port 27021

i don't see what the problem is hosting a dedicated server on the same computer you play on. just give srcds high cpu priority. IMO it work better than a listen because people don't lag when you minimize n stuff.
