Fps dropping horribly
#16
When the TF2 server is down it runs fine at around 700 with some drops now and again to 200 or so running 2x11 slot (full with bots) 100 tick servers. Although when the TF2 server is up the whole processor usage is below 30%..

CPU usage is 83%, that may be an issue.

never set to realtime. causes instability and lag.

Is this a fresh install? Have you added any plugins?

I would recommend just downloading a fresh copy of SRCDS and running it standard.

Tried that, same result Sad

EDIT: Going to the datacenter this weekend to put Server 2003 on it, will see if that improves anything.

I think it is the processor sorry to say Sad. A year or so ago people were having problems with certain Xeons concerning FPS drops. However it might not be the problem so I would go ahead and try 03 on it.

It looks like you run any unnecessary plugin or resource consuming? With the cpu load on srcds server is too high. It explains your FPS drop! Prioritizing srcds, run normally. srcds do not feel good if it comes over 60 in cpu usage!
