How to put addons and maps into my server?

I am using SRCDS to run a dedicated server for Garry's Mod. Right now everything is default. I have quite a few addons and custom maps I want to add to the server so that others can download and use them on the server, but I can't find out how to put these files on the server? Any help? Thanks.

Well, first thing that you would be doing is read the manuals that come with the plugins.
If they aren't in the downloaded files they will be on the website of the maker.
