alright thanks. Does this also change the external ip? Because I want people to put different external ips to access different servers.

external IP's can only be assigned by your ISP, really small chance they'll give you more, if they will they charge for them pretty high too!

So for example, I want my friends to type ip 1.2.3.4:27015 to connect to server A and 5.6.7.8:27015 to server B. Both servers are on one machine. I have to ask my ISP for multiple ips?

Yes, and then you need 1 Network Card for each IP address. And you can't use a router, you will probably need a switch.
If you are trying to do this on a home connection... you might as well give up now

why not save the hassle, and possibly money, and just use different ports?
