Garrysmod 10 dedicated server people kant kill eachother???

My gmod 10 dedicated server works fine but people cant kill each other with guns -_- :S i want it so that people can killeach other with guns and props not, only props so, did i do something wrong? with server.cfg? its sandbox with ulx admin mod pliz help asap.

You have to set player versus player damage on, not sure what command it is, should be in ulx admin anyway.
