server error

i followed the tutorial for setting up a tf2 server and for some reason i can join and play but no one else can connect...i think i opened the right ports and everything

also wen i launch server these three things show up
missing 'particles\error.pcf' and couldn't execute ctf_2fort.cfg and cant execute skill1.cfg

Any help would be appreciated

Those errors are normal.
Are you hosting and playing on the same computer.

Usually it is, it will come no where near the quality of a dedicated server. Most times it won't even run at all.
