Has anyone else been having a problem with the new update maxing out CPU when someone joins? I think it's a windows dedicated server issue.

my TF2 server won't even come online, crashes as soon as I start it up. It's hosted elsewhere though so I can't read the server console and find out whats wrong.
edit: My TF2 server was working before I updated it, and how I updated it was download all the srcds files on my computer, then uploaded them via FTP to my remote server, overwriting any old files. Now the server will not even boot up

BM 62 works. Older versions crash.

Always when valve does an update and your server crashes disable any plugins you are running, they will probably be broken.

Valve actually messed up the dedicated server for windows.
When a person trying to join the server CPU would max out.
The plug in issue is another problem.
