Prob Skin Admin+100tick???

Hi, can someone help me with my dedicated server source because I dont know how to put a good skin admin and how to get 100tick...
first, my skin is in cstrike/cfg/mani_admin_plugin/skins
can someone help me

For skins please look at the mani forums, I haven't used skins in over a year....

100 tick:
add -tickrate 100 to the commandline

cool but i dont have 2 link of srcds and when i will start server, is It suposed to get like ping 70?¸

Hmm i dont see anything wrong in that maybe you have something installed wrong.Because i did that just like you did and it works fine.

its correctly for skins but for 100 tick ... i dont know how and how do i get the thing we can choose when we go to a server, when you choose standard or admin, i dont know how to get that. thanks for help me,
